Order Acceptance, Quality Inspection & Damage Liability Policy
1. No Trial Periods
We do not offer trial periods on any of our products. All sales made through our official website are final, subject only to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Quality Expectations
We understand that every customer has their own standards and expectations regarding product quality and workmanship.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item upon delivery, you must reject the delivery immediately.
3. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all goods while the driver is still present.
Any visible damage, defects, or concerns must be reported before signing for or accepting the delivery.
To make inspection easy and transparent, all items are packaged in clear, see-through wrapping, allowing you to check the condition of the product without opening or assembling it.
Post-Delivery Claims
Any damages, defects, or quality issues reported after the driver has left will not be covered under warranty, as the item will be deemed to have been delivered in satisfactory condition.
4. Accepted Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery is accepted, inspected, and signed for, the item is considered to have been received in good condition.
Should you wish to return an accepted delivery, all arrangements and costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
We will not collect returned items under any circumstances.
5. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused during customer assembly, including improper installation, use of incorrect tools, or failure to follow instructions.
• Damage sustained while moving the item inside the property (stairs, narrow spaces, manoeuvring, etc.).
• Damage caused by third-party assemblers, couriers, or handlers not appointed by us.
6. Warranty Scope
Our commercial warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and only to items purchased directly through our official website & Official Partner Deal sites
7. Customer Responsibility
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms and agrees to:
• Inspect the item before accepting delivery.
• Reject the delivery if dissatisfied with quality or condition.
• Handle, assemble, and position the product with reasonable care.
